This restaurant has always been a classic for me since I was a child! The amazing thing is that they have been consistent with their food and I’ve always been able to relive those joyous moments of eating at their restaurant time and time again. Funnily enough, I can’t stop ordering those same dishes over and over again! Love this restaurant! Thank you!

I love the place , maintaining its natural look since 1987 , so it's amazing to see such a lively place , very nice crowd , amazing food and super service. We have had pleasant time and really enjoyed the food . The steak was super amazing , chicken escalope, and the lemon pasta were my favourite. Arabiata was good and salads so fresh taste. The sweets were a top notch, and the cheesecake yummi and fondant were extraordinary. The pizza was very good as well.I highly recommend it as one of the top Italian restaurants in Bahrain , with very reasonable prices with super quality food. The manager Guido is such a lovely gentleman with a great staff. You need to book in advance to guarantee a table.

Best Italian restaurant in Bahrain. Great atmosphere and amazing food and not to forget the politeness of the staff. Very welcoming and enchanting. Takes you right to Italy. The only thing is that it’s difficult to find a reservation so makr sure to book ahead. The place is small and intimate which I wouldn’t change. I guess I will wait to see how it looks in winter. Cico’s stands out as one of the most authentic Italian restaurants in Bahrain. The ambiance is timeless; elegant, warm, and truly reminiscent of classic Italy. I had the ravioli, and it was flawless 10/10. Served al dente, just as it should be; firm to the bite and full of flavor. The fried calamari was also excellent 9/10, crisp and well-seasoned. Dining at Cico’s feels like a blessing for anyone who appreciates genuine Italian cuisine. With food this authentic, you simply can’t go wrong.

At Cico’s Italian, the Monday and Tuesday specials really shine. On Mondays, they have one of the the best AYCE pizza/pasta/wine deals. It’s not a buffet line so you order from their menu of 3 choices for pasta and 3 choices for pizza. Everything is brought out fresh from the kitchen. If you can’t decide on the pasta, they can give you all three on one plate! Each pizza order is a whole pizza and you can pick from house red or white wine. It’s 12 dinars per person and you can eat as much as you want from 7 pm to 9 pm. On Tuesdays, you can get a ~1.4 kg steak on a sizzling salt block together with 4 sides (broccoli, wedges, carrots, spinach) and also unlimited house red or white wine. The most impressive part was the salt block stayed sizzling hot the entire time (>30 minutes!) You can continue to cook the steak on the salt block if it is too rare for you. It’s 40 dinars total for up to 4 people in your party. So for example, if you go with 2 people, it’s still 40 dinars but the steak is split between 2 vice 4 people. Offered from 7 pm to 9 pm.

Their recommendations were spot on, and their care in catering to our needs was truly appreciated. This restaurant is a gem that stands out for its great food, wonderful atmosphere, and excellent service. It's a place I would happily recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience. Sure will get back
